2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

• Hygiene-sensitive products like earphones and AirPods (unless defective and unopened).
• Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless faulty upon arrival).

3. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us – Email or WhatsApp our support team with your order details and reason for return.
2. Approval & Instructions – If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Return the Product – Send the item back using a trusted courier service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect).
4. Inspection & Confirmation – Our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued after successful inspection of the returned product.
• If approved, refunds will be processed through bank transfer, store credit, or exchange, depending on your preference.
• Cash refunds are not available for COD orders; customers may opt for store credit or a bank transfer.

5. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item, the replacement must be of equal or higher value (with the price difference paid by the customer).
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned following the return policy.
